Your Igor User Manual

Everything you need to get up and running with your personal AI assistant. Simple, practical, and written for real business owners — not tech people.

Section 01

Welcome to Igor

Congratulations — you now have a personal AI assistant available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Igor is not an app. It's not a website. It lives inside Telegram — a free messaging app on your phone. You talk to Igor the same way you'd text a colleague. Ask a question, give a task, send a voice note — Igor handles it and sends you the answer.

Think of Igor as the smartest assistant you've ever had. It can research anything on the internet, write emails and proposals, track your competitors, draft your content, and brief you every morning before your day starts.

You don't need to be tech-savvy to use Igor. If you can send a text message or leave a voice note, you can use Igor. That's it.
Section 02

Step 1 — Connect on Telegram

Igor runs inside Telegram. If you don't have Telegram yet, it takes 2 minutes to set up — it's free.

1

Download Telegram

Go to your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and search Telegram. Download and install the free app. On desktop, visit telegram.org.

2

Create Your Account

Open Telegram and sign up with your phone number. You'll receive a verification code by SMS. Enter it and you're in.

3

Find Igor

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Digitingz with a link to start your conversation with Igor. Tap the link and it will open directly in Telegram.

4

Press Start

When Igor's chat opens in Telegram, tap the Start button at the bottom. Igor will introduce itself and you're ready to go.

💡 Tip: Save Igor as a contact in Telegram so you can always find it quickly. Tap the name at the top of the chat → Add to Contacts.
Section 03

Step 2 — Your First Message

Once Igor is connected, send your first message. It can be anything — a question, a task, or just a hello. Igor will respond within seconds.

Try these to get started:

Research
"What are the top 3 business trends in my industry right now?"
→ Igor searches the web and gives you a clear, up-to-date summary.
Write Something
"Write a professional follow-up email to a client after our meeting today."
→ Igor drafts the full email. Copy and send it in seconds.
Get Advice
"I run a landscaping business in Queens. How can I get more customers this spring?"
→ Igor gives you a specific, actionable growth plan for your situation.
The more detail you give Igor, the better the answer. Instead of "write me an email", say "write a follow-up email to a client named Mr. Johnson who I met yesterday about a roof repair quote." Igor will use every detail you provide.
Section 04

Step 3 — Send a Voice Note

This is the most powerful way to use Igor — especially when you're on the go, driving, or working with your hands.

Instead of typing, just hold the microphone button in Telegram and speak your request out loud. Igor transcribes your voice and responds just like a text message.

How to send a voice note on Telegram:

1

Open your chat with Igor

Tap the Igor chat in Telegram.

2

Hold the microphone icon

On the right side of the message bar, you'll see a microphone 🎙️ icon. Hold it down and speak. Release when done.

3

Igor handles the rest

Igor listens to your voice note, understands what you need, and sends back a full response — in text, within seconds.

Voice Note Example — Contractor on a job site
"Igor, send a quote to the Johnson job for the drywall repair — use my standard rate of $85 per hour, 6 hours of work, and add a materials charge of $200."
→ Igor writes the full quote for you to copy and send. Done before you climb down.
💡 Pro Tip: You can send voice notes while driving, walking the job site, or between appointments. Igor never gets tired of listening.
Section 05

What to Say to Igor

Igor understands plain English. You don't need special commands or specific phrasing. Just talk to it like you'd talk to a smart assistant.

Here are the main types of tasks Igor handles:

Research & Information

"What are electricians charging per hour in the Bronx right now?"
"What's happening in the real estate market in New York this week?"
"Who are the top 5 competitors for a landscaping business in Queens?"

Writing & Drafting

"Draft a quote for a kitchen renovation — labor 40 hours at $75/hr, materials $1,200."
"Write a follow-up email to a lead who hasn't responded in 3 days."
"Write 3 Facebook post ideas for my restaurant's weekend specials."

Business Strategy

"I'm losing clients to a competitor who charges less. How do I respond without dropping my price?"
"What's the best way to get more 5-star Google reviews for my business?"

Planning & Scheduling

"Help me plan my week. I have 3 jobs, 2 client calls, and a supplier meeting."
"Create a checklist for opening a new job site safely."
⚠️ Important: Igor cannot make phone calls, send emails on your behalf, or access your personal accounts unless you specifically set up those integrations with Digitingz support. It writes, researches, and advises — you send and execute.

Your Morning Briefing PRO & ELITE

If you are on the Pro or Elite plan, Igor sends you a personalised morning briefing every day at 7:00 AM.

You don't need to ask for it — it arrives automatically, like a smart colleague who did your prep work while you slept.

What the briefing includes:

📰

Top Industry News

The 3 most important news stories affecting your industry and local market — summarised in plain English.

📊

Market Intelligence

Key pricing, competitor activity, or economic updates relevant to your business.

🎯

One Strategic Focus

A single recommended action for the day — what you should prioritise to move your business forward.

💡 Tip: To make your briefing more personalised, tell Igor your industry, city, and business type. For example: "Igor, I'm a general contractor in the Bronx. My main focus is residential bathroom renovations." Igor will tailor future briefings to your situation.
Section 08

Tips for Best Results

Be specific

The more detail you give, the better the output. Instead of "write an email", say who it's to, what happened, and what you want the outcome to be.

Give Igor your context once

At the start, tell Igor who you are and what you do. For example: "I'm a sales rep at a roofing company in Long Island. We focus on residential clients." Igor will remember this for your entire conversation and tailor every response to your situation.

Ask follow-up questions

If Igor's first answer isn't quite right, just tell it. Say "make it shorter", "make it more professional", or "add a price breakdown". Igor refines until you're happy.

Use it for the tasks you hate most

Most business owners avoid the admin — the emails, the quotes, the follow-ups. Those are exactly the tasks Igor is fastest at. Hand them over.

Voice notes beat typing

Especially on the move. Hold the microphone, speak naturally, let go. Igor gets it.

💡 Daily habit: The most successful Igor users start each morning by reading their briefing, then send 2–3 voice notes handling tasks that would normally take them an hour. That hour goes back to revenue-generating work.
