These Terms of Service govern your use of Digitingz Inc's AI assistant service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Digitingz Inc provides an AI-powered business assistant accessible via Telegram. The service includes real-time research, business advice, content generation, and other AI-assisted capabilities.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Service is billed monthly at the rate shown at time of purchase
• Founding member pricing is locked in for the life of your subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time — no cancellation fees
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service
• Harass, threaten, or harm others

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digitingz Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The AI assistant provides information and suggestions — all business decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using our service belongs to you. The Digitingz platform, branding, and technology remain the property of Digitingz Inc.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
